    Though we are not advertising the budget option for this tour, however, the same can be made available by discussing with our experts directly. We have all the options available to service you and look forward to Welcoming you in India.

    Customization

    You are most Welcome to let us know your preferences and design the trip as per your itinerary in mind. Though we recommend retaining the group itinerary from the 18th to 23rd Oct since that has been carefully designed keeping in mind the important dates of the festivals.

    If you wish to eliminate Delhi-Jaipur-Agra or may be add on Amritsar/Haridwar/Rishikesh or may be Mumbai or South India, all this can be customized and added either before or after the trip.

    International Flights

    This trip starts from Delhi on 13th of October. Hence, we request you to reach Delhi by the afternoon. You can plan your international arrival accordingly.

    We will pick you up from the Airport on Day 1, no matter what your arrival time is.

    In case you need assistance booking the international flights, just let us know and we shall arrange for the same.

    Intl Flights Other than Delhi

    If your arrival or departure is cheaper into any other city in India, for ex – Mumbai, we are happy to arrange for your arrival flight into Delhi. However, the same is not covered within the tour expense.

    Your return flight to any other airport in India from Varanasi is covered within the expense though.

    Joining the Trip Mid way

    Its possible that you join our trip mid way in Lucknow for a 5N package. However, the costing for the same will be completely customized. Let us know so that we can plan that for you.

    Some Important Terms

    • The Trip is being conducted during a very busy festival season here in India. Hence, we request all travelers to be patient and be prepared to experience extreme rush in markets as well as during intercity travel.
    • Arranging all resources could be challenging. We do have pre booked transportation and hotels during this time frame. However, in some cases, we might have to look out for alternatives.
    • Hotel availability during those times become quite challenging. Hence, we have alternate options and backups available which are equivalent or better in quality.
    • In places like Ayodhya and Varanasi, our sightseeing is primarily the main city center. Due to extreme rush, regular transportation is barred within the area and only local transport like Tuk Tuk operates. Hence, our only mode of operating in those cities will be Tuk Tuk.
    • Local transportation restriction could be applicable in other cities as well like Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. However, its not known so far in advance.
    • All restrictions are directly regulated by Local Authorities in each city.
